To use e-Form, you need:

1. e-Form program: This is the program for filling-in an e-Form. It can support digital signing using digital certificates that are embedded in Smart ID Cards issued by the HKSAR Government via appropriate smart card readers in addition to those stored in floppies/hard drives. This program can be downloaded from the "Download Area" of this Web site. Note that this program is bundled with Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set (HKSCS) which facilitates you to input and read Chinese characters that are commonly used in Hong Kong.
2. Individual e-Form: You will need to download the e-Forms from the Government Form Web site (http://www.info.gov.hk/forms/english/main.htm) or the respective Bureau/Department's website.
3. Digital certificate: This is for you to digitally sign those e-Forms which require a signature. For application of the digital certificate, please visit the Web sites of respective certification authorities.
