• depending on the Internet connection speed, the download may take a few minutes to complete.

e-Forms (from respective Bureau/Department)

• Download individual e-Forms from respective Bureau/Department websites or Government Form Website.
• To install a downloaded e-Form, double-click the downloaded file. (but please make sure you have installed the e-Form program first.)

• a font which enables you to read Chinese characters commonly used in Hong Kong.
• to install the character set, double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to unzip the file, then use the font installation utility provided by your operating system to install.

Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

• an environment that e-Form utilises and runs on.
• To install JRE, double-click the downloaded file. This needs to be installed before e-Form program.
