Download Area

Please take note of our System Requirements before you proceed with the download.

Please install items 1 and 2 in order to setup your machine for completing the e-Form.
1.

e-Form program version 2.1, bundled with SUN Microsystems' Java 2 Runtime Environment (JRE) and Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set (HKSCS)*( ~28 MB )

the bundled JRE is for the exclusive use of the e-Form program.

this program is all you need to prepare your computer before downloading and completing e-Forms.
to install the software, double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
depending on the internet connection speed, the download may take a few minutes to complete.

2.

e-Forms

place where you can select and download individual e-Forms.

to install a downloaded e-Form, double-click the downloaded file. (but please make sure you have installed the e-Form program first.)

3.

Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set (HKSCS)* ( ~8 MB )

a font which enables you to read Chinese characters commonly used in Hong Kong.

to install the character set, double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to unzip the file, then use the font installation utility provided by your operating system to install.

4.

User Guide for the e-Form program ( ~0.4 MB )

documentation in HTML format, zipped in one pack, showing steps to install / use the e-Form program.

5.

Demonstration for the e-Form program ( ~6.7 MB )

demonstration in Flash format, zipped in one pack, showing steps to install / use the e-Form program.

6.

Previous Release

Previous release of e-Form program version 2.0 bundled with SUN Microsystems' Java 2 Runtime Environment (JRE) and Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set ( ~25 MB ) can be downloaded here.
